Popular evening 'soap-opera' style television drama. The show was set in Dallas and chronicled the exploits of wealthy Texas oil millionaires. Many of the plots revolved around shady business dealings and dysfunctional family dynamics.
thnx so much for all the dallas seasons im up to this season so far and am hooked i never saw it when it was first aired so its all new to me and i can see why it was soooo popular it is sooo good i am addicted
also i cant wait to watch the remake on tnt june 13 (also will air on ch 5 in uk and bravo in canada)

I am interested in this b/c of the new series. It's still a great show, even by today's standards.
